Q: When do the courses start?
A: Unlike regular colleges and learning institutions, our online learning has no set term dates and is designed to be completely flexible for each student. You can choose when you wish to start your course and can study at your own pace.
Q: When will I receive access to my online course?
A: will have instant access to your entire course as soon as you have completed the online enrolment procedure and only if full course payment has been made or payment arrangements have been agreed. As soon as you receive your materials you may start your course. Q: What do I do if I need help?
A: You will be allocated a personal tutor who will be contactable by phone or email. They will advise and guide you when you require support throughout the course. They will assess your work and help you improve your skills.. It is your personal tutor's role to ensure that you receive constructive feedback and to deal with any queries you may have and ensure that they give you professional guidance and advice to help you succeed.
Q: Do I have to sit an exam?
A: Our courses are designed to be assessed through coursework which will be marked by your tutor and sent to you via post or email. However, some University courses will require you to sit an exam in order to complete the qualification
Q: Can I study if I reside outside of the United Kingdom?
A: Anyone, wherever you are in the world, can study for our online courses. For our overseas students the on-line study option as it is a faster and more convenient way to get work assessed. If you are required to sit exams, this will be organised by PGTI.
Q: How do I get my work assessed?
A: Every online study student should receive their course materials online, hence the need to submit work to your tutor via email. Once we receive your coursework we will mark it and return it to you via email. Q: How do I pay for my course?
A: You can pay by cheque, credit/debit card or bank transfer using the account details in your application form. You will have the option to pay in full or by spreading the cost through instalments.Preferably 50% initial payment. We also offer an affordable payment plan scheme which allows you to spread the cost of your course over a period of roughly six months. Please note that if payment is not received within the given time, your access to the online study will be restricted
Q: What do I do if I want to cancel my course?
A: We offer a seven day money back guarantee. If you wish to cancel your course please return all course material to us within seven days and we will give you a full refund. Please note: This does not apply to online studies.

Q: Is there a word count?
A.is no official word count for an assignment but if you submit just a sentence or two you will fail and be asked to do it again. Also, for postgraduate students, your tutor will update you through your assignments.


Q: Why are your courses cheaper than Universities? our course is delivered online, you save on postage cost and the cost of lecturer visits.............
Q: How does distance learning work?
A.supply the course information pack through our unique online training platform. You will also receive support from our technical department for as long as you require it.
Q: Do I obtain a qualification once I have completed my course?
A: Our Nationally Accredited courses lead to internationally recognised awards. Our courses are recognised by a wide variety of groups, including employers, professional associations, governing bodies, as well as National and International licensing authorities across the World. On successful completion of your course your qualification is awarded and all the details are on the course description pages. Will I get a job at the end of the course?
Q.courses are designed to help you obtain employment or become self employed or just to improve your knowledge. What if my chosen course is the wrong one? inform us within 7 days an exchange for a more suitable course. Q: Do I need any additional study material once I have enrolled? the courses are self contained it is always wise to carry out extra reading from textbooks or the Internet to add value to your studies and keep up to date with the absolutely latest changes. However, it is not essential.
Q: What if I decide to stop my studies do I still have to pay for the whole course? we pay all the tutor fees at the start of the course so you are legally obliged to continue paying for your course if you have chosen the instalment plan.

Q: How do I receive lectures online?

A: We have a unique learning platform used by most Universities in the UK.......................

Q: Are there any further costs involved?
A: Once your course has been paid for there are no further costs involved. But there is a cost for optional practical training and graduate fees.
Q: Are there any time limits or deadline dates?
A: Yes. Please ensure you complete your course and submit all assignments within scheduled time.
Q: Can I contact other students?
A. Yes, each course provides you with the opportunity to enter a student forum. The forum is the place for students to share their thoughts and information with each other.
Q: Can I study more than one course at a time?
A: Yes, this is possible. You will find that by studying this way, you create a steady flow of work for yourself. Many of our courses are very complementary to each other and work well together. Our students tend to start with one course, and very quickly find how easy it is to study from home and move on to another one.
Q: Do I need any previous qualifications or experience before I can enrol on a course?
A: Yes for most of our courses. Please do not hesitate to contact one of our friendly course advisors who will be more than willing to discuss the options available to you. Q: Do I need to attend any classes?
A: No, all the courses are specially designed to be taken in the comfort of your own home. However, our dedicated team of tutors is always available to deal with any queries you may have.
Q: How do I know which course will be right for me?
A: This is a very common concern with most students embarking on a new course. We completely understand your feelings and that is why, if you are in any doubt, we encourage you to contact the PGTI and have a chat with one of our friendly course advisors. Our professional course advisors are extremely knowledgeable, thus you can rest assured that you will receive sound and impartial advice about your future, with no strings attached.
Q: How does Home Study via Distance Education work?
A: Once you have enrolled with us, you will receive instant access to your online course, you will also receive the name of your personal tutor. Your personal tutor then marks your paper and returns it to you with your feedback, you are also sent your next lesson and question paper.
Q: How long will it take to complete the course?
A: This depends on your chosen course of study.
Q: Are the entry requirements the same for distance learning and full-time programmes?
A: Yes.
Q: What are the requirements from applicants whose native language is not English to show evidence of proficiency in the English language, such as TOEFL, IELTS and PTE( Academic) etc?
A: The minimum requirements are IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 603, 100 on the internet-based test.
Q: I am a Nigerian citizen, educated in Nigeria (to Bachelor's level).Do I need to provide evidence of English Language qualification?
A: No, if English has been your main language for education, you do not need to provide evidence of English proficiency.
Q: What are the entry requirements for me to obtain admission into the MBA programmes?
A:Minimum requirement for entry to the MBA programme is a first degree of at least Lower Second class honours, plus two to three years relevant work experience. We also require proof of English language proficiency for students whose first language is not English.
Q: I would like to know if there are any scholarships for me to study with PGTI : At present, we do not know of any funding bodies which provide scholarships for Distance Learning study.Some students apply for sponsorship from their employers.
Q: In terms of fees, does it matter that I am British and not overseas?
A: No, the fees are the same for students anywhere in the World.
Q: Where will I sit my examinations?
A: We will arrange for you to sit examinations at a British Council office or other academic institution as near as possible to your location.
Q: When do I have to submit my research papers?
A: learning Postgraduate students are required to submit their research papers in the same academic year as they have taken the examination for any module. As soon as a research paper is received, it is logged and passed for marking. The aim is to provide feedback as quickly as possible
Q: Is there a deadline to submit an application?
A: No, you may apply for the Distance learning at any time during the year.
Q: How long does the enrolment process take?
A: Once you have been offered and accepted admission to the programme, the enrolment procedure normally only takes a few weeks.An invoice for Registrationwill be sent to you, in order for you to check that we have all your details correctOnce we receive this, we will issue your online log in details and other electronic resources.
Q: Is the program officially accredited and will it be recognised in Nigeria and other African countries?
A: Yes, many of our distance learning students, for example, come from or work in Nigeria and their study is often financed by their employers.The distance learning degree programmes have the same academic value as our on-campus degree programmes.
Q: What if I'm refused visa to go to china or Malaysia?
A: You will receive your full course refund upon refusal
